How We Work

A structured methodology refined across residential and commercial projects in Giza

  1. 1
    Listening & Site Study

We begin every project by understanding how clients actually use space, then study the site's orientation, access, and surrounding context before any drawing starts.

  2. 2
    Concept Development

Our team develops two or three design directions, presenting layouts, massing, and material ideas so clients can compare options before committing to one path.

  3. 3
    Technical Drawings & Coordination

Once a concept is chosen, we prepare detailed architectural drawings and coordinate with structural and MEP engineers to keep the design buildable and code-compliant.

  4. 4
    Construction Support

We stay involved through construction, reviewing progress on site and answering contractor questions so the finished building matches the approved design.

What Clients Say About Working With Us

Our clinic needed a waiting area that didn't feel cramped, and the architect suggested reworking the entrance flow instead of just adding furniture. Small change, big difference for patients moving through the space.
Nourhan Abdel Rahman Owner of a medical clinic
I run a small retail shop and wanted the storefront redesigned without closing for weeks. They planned the drawings carefully so the contractor phase moved fast once we started, maybe six weeks total for the build.
Karim El Sayed Retail shop owner in Giza
What stood out was how many questions they asked before drawing anything. Our office renovation ended up with better natural light just from repositioning a few partition walls, which nobody had suggested before.
Mariam Youssef Office Manager at a mid-size firm
They handled our apartment building's shared spaces and parking layout, which had been a mess for years. The revised plan gave us three more usable parking spots without changing the building footprint.
Tarek Mahmoud Property manager overseeing a residential building
Working across two cities was a concern for us, but the team kept us updated with drawings and video calls throughout. Our warehouse extension came in matching what we discussed at the first meeting.
